Im writing about closed case.,when case was opened im contacting with poczta polska to get information when parcel should arrived to Australia ,and I get info that should arrived at 15.10(attachment 1 in polish but date you can find there) so I wrote this information in case logs. And in tracking service http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en REMOVED(attachment 2 Transmitting document) shows that this parcel arrive exactly at 16.10 and user picked up at 17.10 in after 2weeks from the receipt of the goods by the user received item case was closed.im contacting with ebay services but I don get any clearly help. in attachment I add all information what I got in that case also mail from Australia post (attachment 3) that they confirmed user REMOVED receive item,i dont know what i can do now i never wase cheated by that big services,
ps2. Poczta polska is correct tracking website because its polish offical post office
