jewellery trademark violation

i have had a jewellery listing removed for 'trademark violation' but i am sure that my listing complies with the rules, there is no reference to a brand name, the photo complies with the regulations, it is no different to thousands of other listings on ebay.

i need assistance to understand wht the problem is as ebay just continues on the roundabout with my questions.

I could be wrong, but regardless of whether you reference the brand name or not, counterfeit goods are illegal to sell. I don't believe that complies with the rules
