listed an item came up as buy it now!!??

Listed an item came up as buy it now but i was under the asupmtion i had listed as auction tried to change to auction no option??!!

so had to leave or loose one of my "free listings"  WHAT THE???

When you listed and put the price it must have been in the fixed price mode.

You need to end listing and change the tab to auction format in the price section.

When in the auction section you will always see two price boxes, if you see one only, you know you are in fixed price.

The other option is to edit the listing and change it to something that you can put a BIN price on.

That way you can keep the current item for when you can put it as an auction.
