OP hopefully you made payment by paypal or other safe payment option.

If you paid by paypal you need to open a paypal dispute for item not received - you have up to 45 days only to open a dispute.

do you have the tracking number ? for something as heavy as a laptop she would have had been given one. Is she from the same state ? It can take longer then 5 days depending on where she is and where you are.
