need some advice - no contact from buyer yet

Hi all, auction finished on 29th (Saturday) for a plant. Have sent 3 emails to buyer but no response yet. How long do I need to wait before offering to second highest bidder?

I know people might be away but I'm in a bit of a rush as moving in two weeks so need it collected by then. Don't want to be complained about as a bad seller.

3 emails since the 29th? plus the ones ebay sends, poor buyer must be feeling really harrassed.

you can now open a Non payment dispute, you will then need to wait a full 4 days, and on the 5th you are able to relist or offer to the underbidder.

You can contact the underbidder now, explain what has happened and ask if they would be still interested in 4 days time, if the other person does not pay.

Could also try to call them.

Next to the search button select advanced search.

Then to the left margin select Find contact info.

You will be emailed their details and they get yours. 🙂

Don't really want to make trouble for him in case there's been an emergency.

I contacted underbidder and they said would like it but how much. Would it not be their highest bid?

Yes, if you send a second chance offer, it will be their highest bid. 🙂
