no email address for customers when sending outside Australia , Ebay and Pay pal no longer display

we require email address of customers who buy from us to send parcels outside Australia , these used to be displayed on ebay and pay pal , but no longer are displayed , how do we except , to be able send send thru Australia Post or Toll International without this info!

And if I use MyPostBusiness to print a label for an ebay order, the email address is automatically imported.

I experimented last week and couldn't get the email address by doing a dummy refund in paypal.

Seller hub is definitely the easiest way to get the email. You can customise your orders awaiting postage to display it.

How did you work that trick?

 

My only option was to muck around with .csv files. Unlike the old C&S where eBay orders were instantly available.

I don't know - it has always been available to me - I use "import ebay orders" and all the info is there.

I'll give it a whirl in the morning. Maybe I need to hit their 40 parcel threshold first. Which I'm not yet at, as I only started 4 weeks ago.

Have you linked your ebay account to your MyPost account.

Probably not.

 

I probably assumed that the C&S setting would carry over to MyPost. Silly me.

Yes, give it a go, but first - as said above - you need to follow the options to link your ebay account, which is pretty easy.   

 

No, nothing to do with 40 parcels.

I wish you could link more than one account as manually entering details is a pain and the system is slow enough to use.

Now I get the eBay identifier. It doesn't upset the label, so I'll probably leave it in.
