no email address for customers when sending outside Australia , Ebay and Pay pal no longer display

we require email address of customers who buy from us to send parcels outside Australia , these used to be displayed on ebay and pay pal , but no longer are displayed , how do we except , to be able send send thru Australia Post or Toll International without this info!

I always take it off, I don't like it

I put a space then a commer after it to give some space from the street number.

I got it thanks for the hint , I had to refund customer a small amount thru Pay Pal to get it 

I do not understand why they make things so difficult

Agreed. Seems a bit of an expensive way to get something so simple.
