Since yesterday - emails from paypal advising of payment for items sold have not arrived. I can see the payment in paypal if I sign in to paypal itself. Any suggestions, please?

You are not the first to report missing emails....there are several threads about it.
Have a look round and see if anyone has found a solution yet.

Before posting question I found plenty of threads saying they had a problem, but haven't been able to find a thread with an answer.

Then there probably isn't an answer, or at least not one that is known to the responders on the boards.
If it is that important then ring paypal....maybe they have more information than we have.
