in the performance requirements defect rate if you have a count of 1 , 25% (but its not showing in the table as in not showing as a defect) - is there a way to see which item that was for please?  tried downloading the report which doesn't work but that may not be related.  thanks

Yes of course I agree with that, but my point really was that if we are going to be rated on a range of performance aspects and we are locked into that, of all the things worth considering I think Communication is not one that should be done away with !
