photo policy change , seems like it is never ending now we have to change photos to suit ebay policys all my pictures have been taken by myself and made smaller to allow them to be uploaded , when there to big they will not upload
all my pictures have been fine for years , they have told me I have over 340 lots with pictures that do not meet there currently policy size
do they realise how much work is invoived to re do all of these
gee when are they going to stop making rediculess changes
it is back enough with all the changes they have made in the last 6 months like most Australian sellers we are down well over 30% of sales in the last 3 months
does anybody know what changes they expect with photo's and what happens if they do not get upgraded

My posts are in relation to a probable policy breacher that points their finger at others, yet seemingly breaches ebay policy as well as other questionable posting (literal) habits with a complicit PO - My responses continue to relate back to that post - not yours.
Don't know what planet or meaning you have attached to my posts. Carry on though ... deflecting attempts are amusing.

When you reply to my post, I naturally assume you're replying to my post. And I address your post accordingly. That is my planet.

I am replying in the context of the discussion on the thread and my take on that.
The response set up on the new boards is unfortunate and can be misleading, but I will not apologise for that.
Far better to hit reply to - than quote / double quote / triple quote etc as some prefer. It is not my preference, I find such threads confused and easy to lose interest in .

How interesting PJ that you are comfortable violating this ebay policy, given that you consistently note the policy breaches of others.
Is it just some policies that you think it is ok to breach, or have you relaxed your views on working within ebay rules generally?
Still keen to know if your position on policy breaches has changed PJ ...

It's NOT a breach until next February. I cannot understand how you, who is across EVERY eBay policy, hasn't worked that out. Hang on, you quoted the policy that says it doesnt come into effect until February! Are you trolling phishing?

From ebay FACT sheet - my bolding
"When I revise and relist Good โTil Canceled listings do the picture quality requirements apply
Yes. All new and revised listings and re-listings are subject to the new picture quality requirements, including Good โTil Canceled listings.
Relisted items via TL or not (not automatically renewed) are subject to the new requirements now.
Good โTil Canceled listings that automatically renew (without revisions) will not be impacted before February 2014."

I revised a listing the other day that said did not meet the photo requirement. I didn't really care at the time because the listing got submitted.... The edit listing form can stop from submitting if certain requirements are not met, so why not the photo requirement??
I actually thought it came into force mid year when I got an email from ebay, they really should send out an email explaining all this.
