I've had a similar problem with image uploads only giving me the direct URL option; sometimes if I wait a few moments and try again, I get the normal upload options, but a few times I've had to exit the Sell Your Item forms (by clicking the save for later option), then when I go back in to finish it, the upload options are back to normal. (It only seems to happen when I click 'Sell Similar'. If I start a new listing from scratch, it works fine).
