I went through this same problem ages ago and there were a number of threads on the topic. From my experience, this has to do with using Internet Explorer as your browser--sometimes it does correct (depends on what eBay are tinkering with at the time). It is a real disadvantage for sellers beyond the first 12 items on a page.
I would advise using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. The programming languages eBay are using are too advanced for old versions of IE now.

I also have had this problem Tried Chrome it worked but I hate that program. I then went on a wild guess and looked at compatibility mode eBay.com.au was in my list I thought I would give it a try and delete it.. Guess what it worked.. Umm I thought now my revisions or listing through Ebay likely will not work.... So I did a Revise Item and lord and behold it worked...( Standard And HTML Tabs Both There) I am using Windows 7 Home Edition. Give it a try Get Rid Of eBay.com.au in your compatibility mode. Under Tools (Little cogwheel on top under the X button)

yes that works,my worry is that many people still use IE and they are not getting to see most listing pics, thus affecting my sales and ebay profit
only put ebay and auctiva in compatability to get auctiva picture upload to work and hopefully that will work without the ebay link
