What you describe sounds like abuse of the feedback system.
You might try contacting ebay about it and ask for removal of the feedback.
Was the item the buyer claims never arrived sent with tracking?
If so, does it show delivered?

Sounds like a "buyer" that's getting freebies,(non tracked items will be claimed as not received).
You have a message Op, ^

I recieved a negative feedback last month for a non recieved item. I automatically assumed they were trying to scam me. After spending a day angry and trying to calm myself down, I decided to message the buyer and very politely asked them to confirm they were living at the address I shipped to at the time I shipped it, as it had been almost 2 months. They immediately asked me for a revision request and now I no longer have that neg. It was an honest mistake, their address must not have been up to date.
As angry as you feel right now, contact the buyer, be polite and ask them to confirm the address. If their address is incorrect, it might explain the other negs they've given out.
Or they could just be a scammer. Give it a try.

Uggh... The all too common "Not Happy" eBay buyer. >_>
<_<
>_>
It's possible it was an error or overisght (some people do end up repeating the same Fb over and over again when using a mobile), I suppose, presuming they were all fairly recent purchases and/or she hasn't taken any notice of any sellers who may have contacted them regarding the FB - because if they are spread out over even a few weeks, surely someone would have brought the error to their attention (or tried to), and most normal people would have started thinking "why aren't I receiving any of my purchases.....?", not to mention that by the 17th time, even if I genuinely believed it was all the sellers fault, my FB would have progressed from "not happy" to severely ticked off.
Personally, while I would remain open to the possibility it hasn't been intentional, I would be highly suspicious of that pattern of behaviour, and report them to eBay.

ebays reply to me was the usual excuse
as there was no tracking
nothing they can do
only the byer can fix this up
what upsets me is
the buyer did not lodge item not recieved thru ebay
she didnt email me asking where is my item
she didnt ask me for a refund
i heard nothing from her
just a negative from her
when you buy 20 items from seperate sellers
and leave 17 negatives
tells me somthing is very wrong here
13 negatives in a row she has left sellers
each negative she writes item never came not happy
the buyer only lives 6 kilometers away from me
i could easily have replaced lost item and delivered to her house
or happily refunded her money
where is seller protection from ebay
