Just a question about feedback scores, my feedback says 91 in one place, yet next to my name only 76? Sorry if this is a dumb question but why is it more in feedback and less next to my name? thanks
Because if you order multiple items from one seller within a week, it only counts as 1 transaction.
Hence one feedback score even though the seller may have left 10 feedback comments, one for each item.
P.S. no such thing as a dumb question. Unless you ask the same one more than three times.
