how strange!  maybe its an auction for charity and you actually get a different item as the successful bidder. or a joke...but not such a great joke if they end up paying that much in fees to ebay. some of the top current bidders have like 80 or more feedback.  unless their accounts have been hijacked. totally weird.

That silly thing ISN'T perectly round...lol

In any case if it's a joke then it can backfire very badly.

The FVF will be horrendous and IF the winning bidder doesn't

pay up he can be sued in a court outside of ebay.

If he sues then he can't cancel the transaction and will have to

pay the FVF in the mean time.

The goose is most likely just trying to get on TV.

If he has any sense he will end the auction minutes before it closes.

This is nothing new, there have been many of these auctions like the slice of toast with an image of the virgin Mary, carrots shaped like male dangly bits, virginity, tattoo space for advertising and one of the funniest ever the tart's knickers.
