if you are sending DVDs/BLU-RAYs with parcel post then you are costing yourself sales. These are generally low cost items and a buyer paying $7 or more for postage will price yourself out of the market if you want to make a few dollars
I sell these items all the time and i put them in padded bubble envelopes and send them via regular post. It costs $1.40 for most DVDs and $2.10 for double diskers or heavier cases
Yes you lose the security of trackable postage but on items that are generally under $10 (or round abouts) its not worth the extra cash

Hi carly,

You've received a final value fee credit. Also, an unpaid item has been recorded on the buyer's account.

Awesome carly............one for the seller for once.
Good for you for not backing down and bowing to an unreasonable buyer.
