recently , today receive the message from a buyer claims receive item today very happy with the postage speed but very unhappy with my item as it is not as describe! This item has been sold for more than 50s and another similar one has been sold more than 100, nearly 200 items sold, no problem at all, and more than 100 postive feedbacks.
I then explain to him the item is just been describe as careful as possible and no mistake at all, I also offer to refund money according to the product size left as he claimed that he already used a little, I doubt that he probably use quite a lot. when people say a little, usually it means wuite alot which is similar to people say waite for a second it usually takes a while.
Then, I just receive message from him that he doesn't want to return the item just because it will cost him too much to send it back!!!!! The worse he further claimed that item is thinner than what it should be.
Mate, when I say refund, I mean refund him the full price including the postage as it is free postage. I didn't intent to deduct the postage cost from it.
This buyer's feedback is only 2, I doubt that he is those buyers live on black mailing ebayer by claiming item not as describe. I heard heap of those stories from other sellers, but never met one before.
I ask him to get me an offer, to see what he may ask for?

If they do not want to return it then do not refund.
You have done more than is required of you by offering him the refund and as they do not want to return the item then let it go.
Do not bother contacting them any more.
