question that mite have already been discussed

Well here goes, I just sold my first item on ebay, now I was fiddling around and accidently hit "leave feedback". Now here is the weird part. I don't have any option for "positive" "neutral" and "negative". Like I do when I buy stuff. With me so far?. It only says two things, 1. Review feedback ( or something to that effect). 2. Leave feedback. ( line comes up that I can key in my feedback). Now question time, what in the blue blazes am I suppose to leave positive feedback (or other feedbacks if required) if there is no little circle things to click.

Thi little circle things are only for buyers to rate their sellers.  Buyers don't get rated in that way, sellers can only leave positive feedback for buyers, they can't leave neutral or negative.  When rating a buyer, all you do is tick the box for positive, write a comment and save.  Also, the comment MUST be positive to match to rating, false negatives are against the rules, and don't do anything to prevent poor performing buyers from bidding or buying again, they just give them an extra point on their feedback score.  If you have a NPB use the system to give them a strike and set your blocks to prevent habitual NPBs from purchasing form you.

Cheers,

Penny

Thankyou very much, now I'm starting to see what my sellers go through when I buy stuff. Bit stressfull being fairly new and now selling stuff, think I mite stick to buying only after I get my item sent to buyer.

Instead of giving up why not read all the advice available through the customer support and site map links. There are also a lot of guides written by members which can be of help.
