"Buyers who haven't gone through phone verification" - where is this option?

Hello all,

I've read on the help pages that I can set a preference in Site Preferences>Buyer Requirements to block a buyre that hasn't gone through phone verification. I can't see this in the Buyer Requirements section. Has this option been removed or moved somewhere else?

Yep, I went to Site Preferences>Buyer Requirements. Tried your link as well. Takes me to the same page and the option isn't there. Just talked to a friend who says they don't have a problem seeing it either. I'll clear my cache and restart the browser. Might just be a glitch oror something. I've been having a few page rendering issues lately with my web browsers.
