"Calculated Postage" is not calculating. (tried changing postcode)

Hi,

I've listed 9 items. The first one just sold but the postage was too cheap. It did not recalculate for the buyers postcode but instead charged the amount of my own local postcode.

I've logged out and browsed the items as a buyer would and then put various postcodes in the postcode box (which is displaying correctly) but the amount does not change - it just stays at $6.95 whether I select a Perth postcode or a Sydney postcode.

My other items mostly have bids on the and I'm going to lose out with this error... why is it not working?

The only item that IS recalculating properly is a more expensive item. The other 7 items are all under $10 but it shouldn't make a difference?

thanks in advance!

That's because the $6.95 postage charge will be the same cost whether you posted it to Perth,Melbourne or Sydney as there is no difference in cost unless the items are of a heavier weight

Your big item is showing as $16.25 postage for me - the rest $6'95

Thank you.

so you mean that a satchel that weighs less than say 500g is flat rate price of $6.95 with Aust Post.

that makes sense.

thanks
