I used to be able to draft formatted ads in MS Word offline and then paste the formatted text in the "Description" box of a new ad. Now the formatting is stripped out when I paste text, and there are no longer any formatting options at the top of the online "Description" box
The problem seems to have occurred since my previous batch of ads in December.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Problem solved! Well done!
The link in your reply contained the answer.
I had just "upgraded" (I speak loosely!) from IE9 to IE11 before preparing my last batch of ads.
Going to Tools > Compatability View Settings > Add this website 'ebay.com.au' fixed the problem.
Much obliged

thank grandma for posting on the thread back in November. She credited grandpa with the fix.
Users who find the fix works for them should track back to post #16 of http://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Selling/Whats-happened-to-the-create-your-listing-page/m-p/815037#U8... and give Kudo to grandmas post.
