I've been sending my message (including the line "thanks for your payment advice") as per usual whenever I've spotted someone has gone through checkout and selected BD, but it'll be so much better and easier to have proper notifications again.

But I have a question if anyone can help.  The ebay sale email has a different address to the bank deposit email. I intend to use the bank Deposit address as that email clearly says 

Please post to the following address

I am correct, or should I contact the buyer to confirm??

You should disregard the address on the eBay Item Sold email. I don't even read them, they get filtered to a separate folder in our emails and I delete them every couple of days.

The address to ship to is the address the buyer selects during checkout and this will show in your View Order details and on the PayPal or Bank payment notification email.
