Anyone else having problems using the REPORT ITEM function on listings?
I've had to resort to speaking to eBay over the phone when reporting listing violations for about a week now.
Is it just my account or has someone/anyone else experienced this recently?
Thanks.

I've had the same problem! However I've found that sometimes it works and other times the drop menu doesnt "drop". I believe eBay are aware of the problem now?

Not working for me here either, the drop downs don't drop down. So just saying Select One and I can't select anything.
Annoyed because some monkey copied a bunch of my listings and I can't do anything about it.

There are some that have the usual three menus that work nicely, and some that have the new four menus that don't work. For the ones that have the non-working report page, if it is a serious violation I am trying to report, I use the report page function after clicking the seller's name and explain in the more info box that the normal reporting process isn't available at that time.
Using this method, copy and paste the item number into the box for the specific listings you are talking about which will help the people who are looking at your submission.
And of course for really serious stuff that can't wait, as vintage_trouble said, phone eBay directly.

I only seem to get the non-working page with the 4 dropdowns. So I will try the other way suggested as a last resort.

That will happen when reporting an overseas account at present,(it's been happening for over two week now).
Looks like they are fidling with it and they might bring the extra report box back in,(where you could give a brief
description).
The link to report AU listings is the one that uses the three drop down boxes that seems to be working fine,

hmm... must be gremlins. There is one individual I am watching whose listings all point to being Australian - registered in Australia or at least ebay.com.au, item locations in Australia and quote postage for an Australian delivery service. Those listings all have the four non-working drop-downs. So I don't know how he/she/it's managing that.

I guess we shouldn't hold our breath on this getting fixed. I just got a reply to my bug report with the usual 'clear your browser cache/cookies' response and that everything is working fine for them.
I'd probably be wasting my time to reply saying I have tried 3 different browers including anonymous sessions and two different usernames.

Looks like it could be affecting others as well then.
I checked listings for both and they where coming up as above,

Yep!!,the standard reply if they don't have a clue,
It's definitely a site issue, but maybe if it doesn't function members can't send reports for them to investigate so
they can't be blamed for not acting,
