This is the second time in as many weeks where I have received an email from Ebay saying that I cancelled an order, when I didn't! The first time I actually got an email saying that the buyer cancelled, and the buyer got an email saying that I cancelled!! Then the buyer sent me an email saying that I had no right to cancel, etc! After trying to contact Ebay (what a joke THAT is now- it would be easier to contact the man on the moon!), I gave up and contacted the buyer explaining that I am as mystified as they are as to what is happening. That sale went through ok from there, but Ebay are making the sellers look bad (Again, we are always the scapegoats) with their incompetence!
