sales over christmas

did everyone else have a massive drop in sales on the 23,24,25,26, ?

For some reason my sales took a dive over those days and basically went back to normal after, although it is still a bit slow. Plus I shifted a couple of items the have been listed for years with no sales. Very strange.

The wife and I are using the Christmas new year break to clean out the cupboards and get rid of a few home type items that are cluttering the place up. We had a garage sale this morning and did a brisk trade. I have listed a few gems on ebay and have a few bids and the wife is listing on facebook buy & sell also having some success. After the garage sale we will donate some stuff to op shops. We have sold over $1000 worth of surplus "stuff" in the last couple of days and more stuff advertised so its a handy bit of cash with people still buying.

The stores have started the year with very good sales so things are looking up. Yesterdays single day sales where 20% of my total December sales so a good day. Hope this is the start of better things in 2015.

In the last 3-days since Jan 1st our sales have sprung right back to pre Xmas rush volumes too.

Unfortunately we can't send them out as AP have taken 4-days off until Monday 5th.

We have nearly 80-items to pack now after day#3. Hope to reach 100 by end of tomorrow when we can mail them out.
