sell item

Hi,

When I first added my advertisement/listing, it did not appear, so I created a second one. Later, both listings became active, and now the buyer purchased two items at the same time.

The issue is that I only have one item available, but the buyer keeps asking for two items even after I explained that there is only one.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and cancel one order or advise what I should do?

Regards

Val

Cancel the sale, take the hit.

It can take up to 24 hours for a listing to appear. The place to check is in 'Active Listings'.

Have you signed up to Managed Payments?

Are you aware that funds for any sales will be withheld for between 14 and 30 days?

Obviously you know it's your fault but if the buyer's insisting on two when you've explained you've made a mistake and there's only one available, I think you may have a problem buyer

I'd cancel both transactions and block the buyer. Others may think differently
