selling laptop don't get payment from buyer

someone bought the item frome me, I sent invoice and money request from Paypal. Now, the buyer tell me that she already paid, but the paypal website displayed is UNPAID, and the buyer tell me I should ship the item and update track number, then the money would release to my account. Is anybody have similar issue?

So he is still selling between accounts even after he has been warned....the item was sold on 4th March.

I do believe going by a previous post that he got an official warning from eBay. Seems he thinks he can do what he likes. What he probably doesn't realise is, when a report has been made and acted upon, eBay keeps a close eye on all the accounts to see if there is any selling between them. That includes his friends accounts who also bought stuff for the purpose of leaving feedback. Obviously he's had some genuine buyers. That is evident by the appalling star ratings.
