today i have my usual page from the drop down 'my ebay/selling/sold' completely different

was just a long list with listed to sell items, then sold items, then items ready to relist.

now its boxes everywhere with 'seller hub' at the top.

can i get my old page back?

top right of page....is there a blue click-on to return to classic view?

no, nothing i can see that would return me to my old view

when you get an email from eBay, click on it & go to: My Ebay Selling

is everyone considered a 'business seller' now?

i sell bugga all, last month nothing.

i dont have a store, i just list using the 40 free monthly listings.

there should be "opt out" option in top right corner of page if you are able to get out. I was as I dont have a store.

there is no 'opt out' link

there is a link under 'selling tools' in one of the boxes saying 'view my ebay selling'

this takes me to my old list but if i then click on the top right drop down box i get the new page again

What do you mean by the top right drop down box? If you want to use your All Selling page and you get to it via the link in seller hub, why do you need to click on anything else?

because for the past 10+ years i was able to go an any page, choose 'my ebay' at the top right 

then select selling/sold and get what wanted

now its changed and i want it back as it was, simple
