sold items being marked as unsold

In recent weeks I have noticed a number of my sold items have defaulted incorrectly to unsold.

I can have up to 300 items at any one time listed for sale.

Every 7-10 days, I relist the unsold items in bulk and recently noticed that some items are being marked as unsold when in actual fact they have been sold. This has been detected only after the item is "sold" a second time. 

This causes me much heartache trying to locate the phantom item that has sold, causes much anger amongst my buyers and wastes time refunding amounts paid.

Ebay have confirmed that they are aware of the problem and have the technical team looking into it.

Please everyone be careful with relisting your unsold items.
