sold an item last week to a guy in the USA, posted on wednesday, today i get a message asking where it is as tracking shows it in melbourne!

its been 3 days when you remove the public holiday and weekend!

Just explain that some postal services don't update tracking at all points.

And that you sent it xx days after their payment.

As for AP's wonderful service, a lass *just* outside Adelaide CBD sent me something Jan 17th

It arrived today, less than 60km out of Sydney CBD

2 weeks!

And we keep being told how wonderful and fast the mail is and how things only take a day or two to arrive

Hopefully they know the tracking is saying Melbourne in Victoria and not Melbourne in Florida!
