someone selling one of my custom made dolls as their own and as NEW

i have a previous buyer selling one of my reborns that was purchased from me back in march this year. she has listed it as a NEW item and date of birth as december 2012 and though she has not claimed to have made it she has presented it in such a way on a template so that it appears she is the artist. i have sent her an email telling her that her listing is fraudulent and that i would report her if she did not remove it or adjust her listing. i intend to do this tomorrow if i do not see any changes or response from her but wanted to know ...does ebay block them if they see that they have posted a dishonest listing. am thinking of naming and shaming her by posting her item number and ebay id here as well as a warning to others?? she paid $350 for her, has had her for 9 months. listed her as new and is asking for $525 on buy it now +$35 postage for a used item. maybe i should be flattered??? lol anyone else had this happen?

The seller has a BIN price of $525, but a much lower auction start price.

Most buyers would just bid on the doll so she is unlikely to get anything near the BIN price.

I so not pretend to know anything about these dolls but as far as I am concerned I would be buying because I liked it and not because of the word New or Used in the listing.

I don't care why some people buy them, lots of people compensate with food or alcohol if they have emotional problems but that does not mean the food or booze becomes anything else other than what it is. A doll is a doll is a doll.

If I go into a shop and buy a doll then decide not to give it to the person I bought it for but  keep it stored in its box and sell it next year then it is still NEW.

Whats wrong with everyone???   Im shocked at the lack of sensitivity,       Mothers who have lost their babies use these these dolls as a way to grieve,  that is why they are so realistic looking.        Once more an artist  has spent hours painting their faces.        Maybe some of you dont get it,  but   really some of the comments are actually insulting to the people that buy them and to the artist and poster westernstar.

I don't see it as a way to help the grieving process, more of a way to avoid the grieving process..  Not saying this is the case with the OP but, there are women who buy these dolls and treat them as if they were real babies; take them for walks in a pram, set aside their own rooms, get up for them in the night and make time to spend with the dolls.. 

No one sees anything wrong with that, but if an old lady were to lose her pet poodle and then go and buy a realistic looking dog to replace that, you would all think she was crazy.

I have no doubt that the artist has spent many hours skillfully painting the doll - making sure it looks very life like.

And THAT is what is wrong with IT! The finished product creeps me out, not the artist.

The horrid object is not a regular doll, I mean, does one buy it to give it to a kid to play with or waht?
