can I spend this voucher reward on an ebay item located o/seas?

I'm viewing on ebay.com.au but the item is located in germany.

I'd be paying with my aust paypal acc.

I want to buy but only if I can apply this discount,

tried looking at t&c's but its unclear... to me thanks

From what i read, you must be on ebay.com.au for voucher to work

yes I am on ebay.com.au even when I am viewing an international item, it still says ebay.com.au on my web browser... (I read that too....) - despite the item itself being located in germany

I would check to see if the seller ships to your location, and as long as its not one of the non elegable items not covered by the voucher and listed on au site you should be right.
I cant see anywere on t&c's about seller being over seas, just that it has to be on au.

Do you get the message just under the price in the listing that says "only pay $X for this item - find out how" (or something similar)?  That usually shows when you have a valid voucher on that ID.  I'm not saying it's foolproof but it could be an indicator as to whether you can use it on that item.

It will work when you pay through ebay.com.au as I used a $10 voucher that was given by ebay for an item that was sold via a US ebayer.
