sold him an item, kitchen appliance, returned stating item was damaged in transit and had marks where it had been heated, it had 2 scratches also, strange brand new item.
he returned it, we sent second one, now he reckons he does not want the item.
"The item has been returned to the Post office to be returned to sender. I do not want or need the fry pan,"
my question is, why would he purchase it in the first place, maybe he did the damage to get a refund.
Its also funny that he stated he has returned to the PO cause his next message states
"Please provide me with a return authorization number for the second unit which was not ordered. I will return the item"
me thinks someone is wasting my time and money.

GC and Bump, would honestly trust plastic suction caps to support your poor little pcats? Your puss could end up hurt.
I was showing someone the listing today and they thought because of the high amount of condensation on the inside of my sunny window that the suction caps would just slide down the wet window every night.
But I still want one:-(

I assumed the same thing, but having sold 24 of these, I have only had one complaint, it fell and the cat got a hell of a shock..
I suppose if the window was dirty it would lessen the suck effect.

thank you sucksales, I will be leaving it on my watch list until the bank balance improves and then it will move to my list of purchases.

Oh dear, I just looked at the extra photos, I will need to get more cats because I like the set of three, sort of like the pottery flying ducks on the wall but instead 3 cats sleeping on a window.

this user has been told by paypal to send the second one back at his expense, he has given me neutral but I suspect low stars, how do I check that again, also would ebay remove a neultral?

Your DSR stars show on your feedback page, but, there's no way of knowing who gave you a low rating.
The feedback doesn't fit the criteria for removal by eBay.
