sold him an item, kitchen appliance, returned stating item was damaged in transit and had marks where it had been heated, it had 2 scratches also, strange brand new item.
he returned it, we sent second one, now he reckons he does not want the item.
"The item has been returned to the Post office to be returned to sender. I do not want or need the fry pan,"
my question is, why would he purchase it in the first place, maybe he did the damage to get a refund.
Its also funny that he stated he has returned to the PO cause his next message states
"Please provide me with a return authorization number for the second unit which was not ordered. I will return the item"
me thinks someone is wasting my time and money.

Good news today, you can get a window/glass cleaner that helps prevent condensation so the suction caps should be ok.
My puss only weighs about 4 kgs so I think he will be ok on one of those beds.
I just need to find out the name of the glass cleaner.
