struggling with International post in listing from 1 june

just listing an item from turbo lister, went in to tick the auto relist option for 3 x and saw it had listed my item at .85c for international post.

 It is only light, however I want it to show correct pricing for anywhere internationally.  despite not being able to find a letter option when clicking on calculate post - says I must send flat rate, even if I select parcels and put in less than 100g and dimensions it will not save as sending internationally unless I type in a figure so had to in the interim save to no international post.

 I suspect this is a TL adjustment from 1 june - first time I experienced this.  can anyone help please. thanks

just spent over 30 mins on line to  customer service and they were unable to resolve this issue, said they'd get back within 24-72 hrs - in the meantime I lose my overseas buyers - and possibly for any further listings.  anyone else having issues as of today?

Ok so I'm replying to myself here! as I can't see how to delete my initial query.  ebay confirmed it was my dimensions, even tho trying to type in letter dimensions as I can send letter rate - aust post have only provided them with parcel dimensions so the listing was not accepting them. perhaps this info will help someone else anyway!
