Hi , i sold a radio, 5 bands..the buyer recieved it, and gave me negative feedback straight away, stating, no power cord and cant get FM, which is a lie, for one the cord is attached to the radio, its not a push in or pull out..and how can he state No FM..if he says there was no cord,how would he have turned it on?? at no time, did the buyer, try and contact me , to resolve this,and i know he didnt because he is trying to scam me, because the next step will be he will do a pay pal claim, hence he will try and keep my radio, and get his money back through pay pal. what I am really upset about is I contacted ebay, telling them all that happend,and that if he contacted me first, i would have said send it back, and i will refund, but the buyer has not tried to contact me at all.. and ebay, say they cant remove the negative feedback, because it doesnt come under there rule thing,, i am at a loss here, the buyer is going to scam me and get away with it, and ebay takes no responsability. has anyone else come across this situation? and any advise please.
