uploading photos from s4 to laptop,how do i reduce kb from s4 to laptop, say from 1000kb to 100kb fo

any one have this problem ?   photos taken with samsung s4 are about 1000-3000kb and take longer to upload,can i reduce to about 100kb?? much quicker mainly selling books so have many photos. fred

I edit all my photos before I upload them, I use the software that came with one of my cameras many years ago, it is a bit limited and clunky but as I have been using it for years I can do it almost without thinking lol. If your camera ddn't come with an editing program then ther are plenty of free ones you can find if you google. If your camera has an email or internet display option then use that, it is also a good idea to use a scanner for things like books, if they are too thick for your scanner lid to accommodate then you find a box the right size and put that over the top, you can usually scan at whatever resolution you want.
