i have rang ebay 3 times today regarding upping my seller allowances as they have asked me to, 1st time after 7 minutes of holding i get someone saying that i will get a call back as its busy, nothing for 4 hours, again call up, after 24 minutes i get someone and promised a call back straightaway, NOTHING, after ringing at 4:20 i get cut off at 5:03, tried talking to someone online but they say only way is calling up, i am so fed up as i want to start a business and shop but no one is helping me, what more can i do?
