warning to all sellers - do NOT under any circumstances use E-GO Couriers - they do not deliver

I have tracked my parcels several times and have stayed home to wait for the parcel - always say loaded on truck for delivery today and I wait and VEVER recive them, they have no phone number on their website and do not answer emails you send them - they have super bad reviews on the internet - DO NOT USE THEM

Firstly you claim to have had several delivery problems - I would suggest in reality only one!!

Secondly we use E-Go as our main courier delivery service and send 150-200 p.a. via them.  Over the last 10 years (a) only ONE package was not received - E-Go admitted they delivered to wrong address and gave 100% refund for cost of goods (b) we track each and every delivery and at least 95% of deliveries are made on the previously indicated delivery date.

I've also been using E-GO for over 10 years and in that time only 1 parcel has gone astray and they gave me a full refund.  Occasionally they mark the tracking as 'Out for Delivery' and then at the end of the day mark 'Returned to Depot' - but I'm guessing this would be because of running out of time or traffic issues....but then it always gets delivered the following day

Never used them myself but I know several people who have used them reguarly and none of them have had an issue

Maybe the bad reviews are from rival couier company employees
