I have listed 3 items for sale. It says they are active selling. But what is meant by send your item to online auction. This is my first time using the new format.

it is just a button you can use to reList your item as an auction if you so wish.  just ignore it if you only want to run as a buy it now.

as a new seller you should be aware that the price you quote in the listing for postge is all you can charge, you cannot pack the doll and change the price after someone buys it.  in order to avail yourself of the Paypal Seller protection you'll need to send by fully trackable means.

Putney is absolutely right! If I were to buy the doll quoting free postage that is what I would expect. You can't advertise free postage and then expect people to pay for it - it is against eBay policy. Rightly or wrongly a lot of buyers don't even read descriptions, particularly if using the mobile app. You are really leaving yourself open to negative feedback from disgruntled buyers.
