1200 Free Listings For The UK Ebay

This morning I received 1200 Free Listings for GTC Store items for Featured Store Monthly Allowance. I only have 1 GTC item listed in the UK so I will loose out big time. Bummer... Might have to list a few morePaddy

buyer hasn't received item

himy buyer says they haven't received the item, I posted it 8 working days ago (12 days total) How long do we wait to see if it arrives, & do I have to reimburse the buyer for postage as well as the item?Regards
