has come up ibelow 10 avail listings... after accepting the 10 fvf and listing fee free offer

anyone care to enlighten me... what a "churned" buyer is?  do I want one?!!!  thanks

Someone suggested a churn rate may apply to the marketing term for buyers leaving a seller.

Perhaps similarly to turn over rate.

What you are seeing is probably some of eBay's program jargon that is not meant to show.
