where can you get a phone number to contact ebay from

can not find ANY personal contact info for ebay staff, even this method is absolute rubbish

Click on Help & Contact in the main menu and follow the prompts then click on the blue Contact Us button and you'll have options to either call eBay, request a call back or email. I usually use the Call Me option to save waiting on hold.

At the top of the Page, you will see Help & Contact to the right. That may be of some help.

Thanks for your reply, went there, however that only works when eBay want it to work, I went  through their process but could not generate an active "blue" button for personal contact, went to .com (USA) no problem, however it appears that if eBay do not want any personal contact then it's turned off, this is not the first time it's happened, only to be able to get through days later, & today it works, thanks again, I thought there was a "secret" to getting their help, after all it is their site.

There are certain hours when you can contact ebay.....it is not a 24/7 free for all.
