why am i suddenly charged listing fees

sold on ebay for years without listing fees (always under 40 items per month)

even contacted online chat to be told i was eligable for free listing

went ahead and listed to find that i have been charged

what has changed?

There was a glitch yesterday. I noticed the fees before I selected submit.

I was able to relist this morning without fees again.

Call eBay and they should credit the fees.

Since yesterday items I sold on my selling account have been charged the wrong FVFand its not even close to right.

I also noticed yesterday when editing listings a listing fee is at the bottom of the page when there was none when it was listed.

i suppose they make a lot of money on sellers who do not notice.

They probably can also count it in revenue like how they still count items returned in their sales numbers.
