why can we not list our items for them to start a few hours later as we did until 3 weeks ago?

just do the listing and when you get to

>choose format and price

click the blue link to Add or reove options

scheduled start is a box under >Format and Price

I think they charge a fee for delayed listings like that.

Not really sure, just a memory thought that they do.

If a delayed time listing is in a special promotion or part of your 40 free listings a month - there has been no charge.

Once you exhausted your free/promotional istings, there has been a charge.
