I talked to eBay customer support regarding this, they explained that they pick certain sellers such as Officeworks etc, there's no current way to apply to get the discount codes.
Hopefully in the future we'll get the option to add it.
New buywrs seem to get a $10 voucher then a 5% off voucher after their first purchase. I made 2 new accounts recently for personal use and this happened. Yay. But I never get discount vouchers etc to my long time selling account. C5OZ works for everyone at the moment tho. 5% off over $30 I think.
