Why cat Eba stop the fraudsters, I just had one claiming witha ficticious Ebay account to be from USA, but wanted it psted to Nigeria

Good on you for picking it up and not falling for it.

ebay are constantly closing accounts as they are reported for scamming.

They can not know the account is fraudulent unless reported.

Have you reported the account to ebay?

They cannot do anything if they don't know there is a problem.
