I have a women claiming INR on a skirt that she has listed for sale on her listings. the skirt she has proceeded with a claim through ebay for. I have told ebay that this is blatant fraud and they are not doing anything about it.

Did you have any tracking at all when sending the item, as even standard packages these days through Australia Post come with tracking. you can then inform Ebay of the tracking number to prove delivery was made?

Delivery was made but it sounded odd that someone would wait nearly 4 weeks to put in an INR claim, I checked her feedback and accidently clicked on items for sale and there is the skirt that she has claimed not to have received.

My understanding was that if you could prove tracking and delivery, ebay would cover you.
But how stupid is that woman, having it listed at the same time as she has a dispute on about it. People amaze me,
Surely if you were dishonest like that you would have the sense to have a friend list it or list it under a different account.
Her life of crime won't go far at this rate.
