Do you mean why is your account on hold or why are your funds on hold?
Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell as required?
How long ago did the items in question sell?
As with all new sellers/sellers who have not sold in a long time, and as you agreed to when you listed, your funds are on hold for 30 days

eBay Help is at the top of every page, type 'speak to an agent' in the chat bot
But if it is about your funds being on hold, as said, that is how it should be and what you agreed to
