13708 error code "seller will not ship to your location" Worldwide issue?

I have just been advised by ebay customer support that there is a worldwide technical issue at the moment currently affecting sellers. Error code 13708 "seller will not ship to your location" Anyone else having this issue?

You will get even less responses on this forum. Please stop spamming the forums. 

That error code is fake and was given to you to shut you up and get rid of you. There is no worldwide issue. It's a you issue and spamming the forums isn't going to help you. CS will tell you what you need to hear to get rid of you. I think you've been advised of this multiple times over the last few days.

I have finally rectified the issue myself. Ebay customer support could not help me. I went through a series of elimination with one listing and signed into another account to test. I ended up deleting all my postage options except Ebay postage labels and it worked, all my listings have now been fixed. It seems that for some odd reason, Ebay only allows me to select Ebay postage labels as an option, I had to delete other postage options for buyers.

No, but friday is eBay site maintenance so many things could be affected.
